What is onboarding?

Onboarding is the process of helping new users or clients get started with our platform. It includes account setup, system walkthroughs, and personalized guidance to ensure you’re fully equipped to use the tools and features effectively.

What does the onboarding process include?

Our onboarding process includes; Tour of the platform, where to find support, domain setup, email service setup, social media integrations, calendar integrations, payment processor integration.

What's NOT included; Funnel/website setup, automations, email templates...ANYTHING sales system related. Please refer to our "Sales System Build Consult" calendar AFTER your onboarding call.

How do I schedule my onboarding session?

After signing up for ReDirect, you'll receive an SMS with a link to schedule your onboarding session, which must be booked within 7 days of your subscription purchase. If you DID NOT receive the SMS, please email us at [email protected], and we'll be happy to assist you.

Is there a fee for onboarding?

Onboarding is included with your subscription, but additional or custom sessions may incur a fee.

You have 7 days after signing up to schedule a complimentary onboarding session. After that, a $97 fee will apply, which can be credited toward any of our other services.

What do I need to prepare for my onboarding session?

Your business details and goals, branding materials (logo, colors, fonts), any domain or hosting information, payment processor setup (e.g., Stripe), specific questions or areas where you need assistance.

IMPORTANT! Be sure to download Zoom (Click Here to Download) to your computer and give permission for Zoom to control your screen. If not, we will have to reschedule.

What happens after onboarding?

After onboarding, you’ll have full access to all the tools and features. We’ll provide you with additional resources like tutorials, courses, and best practices to help you continue optimizing your experience.
